We hope you are satisfied and love every purchase made by our website but if you are not, no worries, follow our exchange / return policy below.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 1 hours after completion. Please call us at +35724634304 or email us at information@tropicanacollection.com to inform us about the cancellation.

 

Order Change

Please inform us of the new item you want to add to your order as well as the item you want to replace. Please note that in case your new balance is less than the already purchased item, we can issue a voucher of the remaining amount.

 

Order Cancellation

In case you wish to proceed with an order cancellation within the defined timeframe, we can offer you a refund. This will be processed within 3-5 working days.

  1. Can I return/ exchange my order?

We have a 14-day return policy.  All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way.  All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. The undesired item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging.

We highly recommend that the below instructions are followed when trying on the purchased items:

  • Clothing: Do not wear it for personal use, take care of your make up and deodorant.
  • Shoes: Try them on a carpet.
  • Swimwear: Try them while wearing your underwear and do not remove the hygiene protective sticker.

 

Important Note: The item will be exchanged at the price currently sold in store / online, during the official sales period.

 

Cyprus:

Send us the undesired item within 1-2 working days of arranging the exchange with us.

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

To Return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to AKIS EXPRESS or ACS ARADIPPOU, with the following details:

In case you choose another courier method you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe.

The exchanged item will only be delivered after the return item is received and confirmed that it matches all return requirements, as stated above.

The exchange item will be sent with FREE DELIVERY (for the 1st exchange only).

 

 

Greece, EU Countries & Non-EU Countries

For orders from countries apart from Cyprus, all exchange expenses are borne by the customer.

You can exchange your item with something which costs the same or more than the item you wish to return.

You can send the undesired items with a courier company of your choice. In this case, we are not responsible to cover any delivery fees or import taxes, and you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe (7days).

  1. What is the exchange procedure?

You can fill out the return form online – https://www.tropicanacollection.com/return-form/

And/or you can send us an email at information@tropicanacollection.com. Please ensure you provide us with the following:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, delivery address)
  • Order Number
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour, and size)
  • The details of the product you wish to receive (code, colour, and size)
  • Reason for your exchange

Once we receive the undesired item, we will proceed with the new product delivery within 5 working days. We will email you a new tracking number.
The difference occurred by the exchange can be paid by COD or payment link for exchanges in Cyprus.

In case of Greece, EU & Non-EU Countries the difference can only be paid through payment link.

 

Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details. In case you insert inaccurate contact details, we are not responsible for the unsuccessful completion of your return.

 

  1. Can I exchange my item in your physical store?

 

If you are in Cyprus, of course you can do so! Withing 14 days of receiving your order you can visit us and find what suits you best! All you need is your receipt and the undesired item in its initial state and condition.

 

  1. Can I return my item and receive a voucher?

In case you wish to return a product and obtain a Return Voucher, please call us at

 

+357 24634304 or send us an email to information@tropicanacollection.com providing all the relevant information (Check Section 3).

 

You will receive an email with your Return Voucher attached. You can redeem it online or in store.

 

Note that a Return Voucher cannot be issued on any products on clearance.

 

 

  1. Do you offer refunds?

We are only offering refunds for online orders placed via our website that have been paid online. Also, we are offering refunds in case you have received a faulty/ damaged item.
Although, all items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped to our customers, in case you receive a faulty item, we will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

Please send us an email to information@tropicanacollection.com  with the following details:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, and email)
  • Order Number
  • The details of the damaged product (code, colour, and size)
  • Attached a photo of the damage product.

Once we receive the damage item, we will offer you a refund (including any delivery costs incurred). This will be processed within 3-5 working days.

 

  1. What is the Return Policy for SALE PRODUCTS?
  • During sales period, any items purchased at discount can only be exchanged with other items.
  • You cannot return items on sale (more than or equal 50%) and receive a return voucher.
  • Items on clearance sale (greater than 50%) cannot be exchanged.

 

  1. Delays or Lost Packages

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. TROPICANA is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. TROPICANA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
