CYPRUS

Products are shipped via AKIS EXPRESS.

  • Delivery within Cyprus is free for orders over €80 to your chosen Akis Express.
  • For orders less than €80, the delivery fee is: €3.
  • For Door-to-Door Delivery service, the fee is €5.
  • Delivery fee is applied for any items on sale irrespective of the total order cost.
  • Cyprus Delivery: 1 – 3 working days (via Akis Express).

 

GREECE

  • All orders from Greece should be paid online, no Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
  • Delivery to Greece is free for orders over €250.
  • Standard Shipping €10 for Door-to-Door Delivery Service via ACS or FedEx.
  • Delivery fee is applied for any items on sale irrespective of the total order cost.
  • Greece Delivery: 1 – 3 working days. Up to 2 – 4 days for Remote Destinations. (via ACS or FedEx).

 

EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All EU & International orders should be paid online, no Cash on Delivery service.
  • Delivery for International orders, with Standard Shipping, is free for orders over €350.
  • Delivery fee is applied for any items on sale irrespective of the total order cost.
  • Standard Shipping: 8 – 15 working days from departure of order.
  • Express Shipping: 1 – 3 working days from departure of order.

 

  • Standard Shipping via CYPRUS POST:

ZONE 1: Standard Shipping €10

European Union countries and Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, the Vatican, Liechtenstein, and Monaco.

 

ZONE 2: Standard Shipping €15

Other European countries and countries in the rest of the world.

 

  • Express Shipping via FedEx:

EU Countries: Delivery fee applies depending on the destination for home delivery, irrespective of the total order cost.

Non-EU Countries: Delivery fee applies depending on the destination for home delivery, irrespective of the total order cost. The customs duties and taxes that may occur are covered by the recipient. This rule includes UK and Switzerland.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided, and we will do our best to assist you.

TRACK MY ORDER

Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number and the relevant link to track your order, in your email. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder.

 

ORDERS

 

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email confirming your status change. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances, your item will be cancelled, and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to three business days if the merchandise is in stock.
